Kofi Anku is a partner at Ayi Mensah Park, a pioneering 200 unit townhouse development in Accra. In his role as Executive Director of Volta Ghana Investment Company Ltd, Kofi has overseen land development in Aburi, Pokuase, Afienya, and Batsonaa for more than two decades. In 2015.

Kofi and his dutch partners built one of Ghana's largest commercial-scale, tomato greenhouses in the Akuapim Hills. Kofi volunteers as an advisor to the Right to Dream Football Academy and serves on the Board of Directors of the Ghana Wildlife Society. 

Kofi holds a BA from Columbia University in New York City.
