With all the diets out there, promising miracle weight loss. Why do people end up gaining weight after losing weight? This is because Dieting is short term.

Don't give up, you can lose/maintain weight without dieting. It is all about a sensible and practical approach, without spending hundreds of pounds or going from one diet to another.

The Healthy Lifestyle is not boring, torture or punishment. You can be healthy without giving up your favourite foods
